Important Note :- As per letter no. 6017 dated 27.11.2017 of Registrar General of Hon'ble High Court, Nainital "Horizontal reservation as per G.O. no. 1144/karmic-2-2001-53(1)/2001 dated 18.07.2001 be given to the physically handicapped persons for disabled categories OL (one leg), BL (both legs) and OA (one Arm) for the post of Assistant Review Officer, Translator and Assistant Librarian whereas for the post of Typist, the category of disability will be OL (one leg) and BL (both leg) only but such persons also shall have to furnish a fitness certificate."
